NINJA CLASSES

NINJA RAYS

Our Ninja classes are for athletes ages 7-11, and are designed to embrace your child’s energy and enhance their confidence! 
Our classes combine gymnastics, parkour, free-running, and obstacle training. Each of our classes includes combinations of flips, rolls and kicks that are designed to help improve total body coordination, build strength, improve agility, and enhance character development.
