ALL STAR NOVICE
- Great for athletes interested in cheerleading for the first time
- 1 hour practices x 2 days/week
- Attend 2-3 in-state competitions
ALL STAR PREP
- Great for athletes who are active in multiple sports or want to prepare for elite cheer
- 2 hour practices x 2 days/week
- Attend 3 in-state competitions
ALL STAR ELITE
- Great for experienced cheerleaders
- 2.5+ hour practices x 2+ days/week (depending on level of team)
- Attend 5-7 regional and national competitions

- Our practice schedules are established at the beginning of the season so Stingray families can plan accordingly and know when they have free time!
- Our competition schedule is set by the end of summer so our Stingray families can be prepared!
